We're thrilled to announce that our team has been named a 2024 South Carolina Top Workplace by Columbia Business Monthly, Greenville Business Magazine, and Charleston Business Magazine!
This award celebrates companies that prioritize a people-centered culture and empower their employees by giving them a voice, ultimately making the world a better place to work together. We're extra proud because this recognition is based on feedback from our phenomenal employees!
Paddles Up! We had a fantastic time at Portman Marina on Lake Hartwell last Saturday as "Team Interminators" paddled in the Prisma Health Cancer Institute's 18th Annual Dragon Boat Festival. Since its inception, this event has raised over $4 million and we've proudly participated as a company since 2011.
All funds raised go towards cancer research, mobile mammography, and various local support programs for families. To learn more about the Dragon Boat Festival and how you can get involved, check out their website by clicking the link below!
Check out our latest "Staff Spotlight" featuring hospice nurse, Amy C:
'While training with Amy, I witnessed how she goes above and beyond for her patients. She had a busy day scheduled to visit patients in a facility, but she took it all in stride with a smile on her face and a bubbly personality. With a more-than-full schedule for the day, Amy took the extra time to sit down with one of her patients to play a game of chess and give him a pedicure. She could have easily completed her visit with him in 15-25 minutes, yet she met this patient's needs from a holistic approach with compassion and warmth. It was undoubtedly a blessing to him!' - Will F., Hospice Intake Manager
April is National Volunteer Month! Our hospice volunteers offer their services in a variety of meaningful ways and play a significant role in bringing comfort, peace, and compassionate care to our patients and their loved ones.

Interim home health nurse Felicia exemplifies the true spirit of care and compassion. While recently driving between visits, Felicia's quick thinking and life-saving actions helped rescue someone during a medical emergency on the road. We're incredibly proud to have nurses like Felicia on our team!

The Quilts of Valor Foundation's mission is to provide warmth and comfort to Service Members and Veterans touched by war, and recently, we proudly presented Mr. Stewart with this beautiful quilt. It's a tangible symbol of our immense gratitude for his dedication and sacrifice.
A Quilt of Valor is not just a quilt; it's a message that echoes, "Thank you for your service and sacrifice in serving our nation."
On April 23, 1979, Interim HealthCare was founded by Ray Schroeder as a small staffing and personal care agency. Today, we're honored to serve over 3,000 clients and patients daily through personal care, home health, and hospice services.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible team and our valued patients, clients, and community partners for being a part of our 45-year legacy of care.
